Products & Printing

Q, What materials do you use for your 3D prints?

A, We use high-quality PLA and PETG plastic sourced from reputable suppliers.

Q, What colours are available?

A, Available colours are listed in the dropdown section of each product. If there's a colour you'd like that isn't listed, drop us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Q, Will my item look exactly like the pictures?

A, Colours may vary slightly depending on the filament available. However, in most cases, your item will be as close as possible to the product photos shown.

Q, Are 3D-printed products completely smooth?

A, We take great care during the post-processing stage to make each product as smooth as possible. However, there may be some very slight imperfections, which are a normal part of the 3D-printing process.

Q, Can I request a different colour?

A, Yes. Simply message us with your preferred colour and, if it's available, we'll be happy to accommodate your request.

Q, How do I know what size the product is?

A, All measurements are listed in each item's description. If you require additional measurements from different areas, please message us and we'll be happy to help.

Custom Orders

Q, Do you offer personalised or custom 3D prints?

A, Yes, we do! All of our products that can be personalised are available in the Personalised Products collection. Please visit the Shop page to browse them. For completely custom 3D prints, send us a message with your requirements and we can discuss your ideas together.

Q, Can you create a completely new design for me?

A, Yes! We're always excited to help bring people's ideas to life. Send us a message with your idea and let's get creative!

Q, How do I request a custom order?

A, Send us a message using our Contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Orders & Delivery

Q, How long does it take to make my order?

A, We aim to make and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Larger orders and custom orders may take a little longer.

Q, How long does delivery take?

A, For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. International delivery usually takes around 5–7 working days, although it can take longer depending on customs and other factors outside our control.

Q, Do you offer tracked delivery?

A, Yes. All of our products are sent using tracked delivery through Royal Mail.

Q, Where do you deliver?

A, We deliver worldwide.

Ordering & Returns

Q, Can I change or cancel my order?

A, Yes. You can request a change or cancellation within one hour of placing your order.

Q, Do you accept returns?

A, Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Customers are responsible for the return postage, and once the returned item has been received, we'll issue a full refund for the item.

Q, What if my item has a printing defect?

A, Colours and sheen may vary slightly from the photos depending on filament availability, and there may occasionally be small variations if a filament change is required during printing. All items are printed on well-maintained, carefully calibrated machines, but 3D printing can naturally produce minor surface imperfections. Each item is individually crafted rather than mass-produced, and we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you're unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

A, Yes! Simply add everything you'd like to your basket and proceed to checkout.
