Keep your workspace tidy and save space with this upright shelf unit for the Seagate 8TB Expansion Hard Drive. It has been made specifically to fit this hard drive. Its openings are 128mm wide, 43.5mm high, and 179mm long, allowing the drive to slide in easily, with 1-2mm of clearance around it. The unit itself is 217mm tall, 147mm wide, and 179mm long.
This unit is perfect for professional photographers, videographers, or anyone who requires a lot of storage but still wants to keep their workspace tidy!
As can be seen on the pictures and video, the design is a through-hole, allowing cables and ventilation from the front and back, but I've also added vent holes on either side to allow for additional airflow. There are also thumb gaps on the front to aid removal of the drives. It is 3D printed and so is sturdy whilst remaining fairly lightweight.
